QPI will be your trusted quality control partner in AisaQPI will be your trusted quality control inspection partner in Asia

To mitigate any nasty surprises we monitor key points in the production cycle, including:

  • Raw material ordering.
  • Goods inwards batch testing.
  • Production commencement.
  • In process (DUPRO) inspections, either at key milestones, or on an ongoing daily basis through your production run.
  • Quality point gate keeping.
  • Batch / AQL / sample testing.
  • Sample picking.
  • Packing & container loading supervision.
  • Pre-shipment inspection.
  • Freight booking.

…all information is updated in real time, accessible by you via your personal / company login, and can be sent directly to your email or mobile at key pre determined points of time or process / progress.

Many customers rely solely on pre shipment inspections. It is then too late to remedy small errors that may render the entire shipment worthless! QPI proposes a full quality management solution, where we take care of the entire manufacturing process. From pre-production, through manufacturing, to logistics, thereby giving you peace of mind knowing your interests are being protected in the factory in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, or Laos.

QPI has a range of service packages to suit different budgets. We are sure one can tailored to meet your needs and the cost will be far less than trying to fix a mess later.  The real bonus is that it will give you peace of mind to focus on the other areas of your business.

Inspection Process – AQL: a Simple Guide

QPI follows the AQL inspection standards, which is an internationally recognized formula for random sampling. AQL was developed initially by the military earlier this century, and has now been incorporated as a reliable method for random sampling for quality control inspection.

So how does QPI calculate the number of random pieces, and how long does a typical inspection take to perform?

The answer to this is based on a number of key factors:

  • The total lot size
  • The chosen AQL level (we recommend AQL General Level II)
  • The total number of references (ie: 1 shirt product, in 5 colour references)
  • The total number of distinct products (ie: pen, calculator, notepad)
  • The complexity of the product

QPI has a team of quality control engineers that will analyze your inspection requirements and advise on the man-day quotation.
